By using polymath.foundation (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The site provides information about Polymath Foundation and our programs. Content is for general information only. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

Donations

Donations made via bank transfer or crypto using details published on the site are voluntary and non-refundable. They support our programs as described on the site. We do not process payments on the site itself.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, donations are unrestricted and may be used for any of our charitable purposes. We may decline or return a donation if accepting it would violate applicable law, including sanctions or anti-money laundering rules.

Matching gifts

From time to time, donations may qualify for matching funds from third-party donors, foundations, or corporate matching programs (collectively, “matching partners”). Matching is not guaranteed. It depends on partner rules, eligibility, caps, deadlines, and the availability of matching funds.

Where a matching program applies, we may need to share limited donation information with matching partners to verify eligible donations and receive matched funding — for example, on a one-for-one basis. By making a donation using payment details published on the site, or by providing us with information about a donation (including by email), you agree that we may share the following with matching partners as reasonably necessary to verify and process a match: donor name, donation amount, donation date, currency, payment method, and transaction or reference details visible on the payment record. We share only what is needed for verification. Matching partners must use this information only for verification and related compliance purposes, not for marketing.

Cryptocurrency donations

Crypto donations are irreversible. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and blockchain network. We are not liable for errors in wallet addresses, network selection, or transaction fees paid to third parties. We may convert cryptocurrency to fiat currency to fund our programs.

Donor recognition

We may acknowledge donors by name in reports, on our website, in social media, or in materials shared with partners, unless you ask us to keep your donation anonymous. To request anonymity, contact us at info@polymath.kids before or after donating. Donor recognition is separate from sharing information with matching partners for verification.

Gallery and children’s content

The site includes an interactive gallery featuring artwork created by children in our programs. The site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children to use independently without parental or guardian supervision.

Artwork and related images are published with appropriate consent from children and/or their parents or guardians. If you believe content relating to a child should be removed or corrected, contact us at info@polymath.kids.

When using interactive features such as the gallery, you must not harass others, use offensive display names, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt the experience. We may restrict access to interactive features without notice.

Intellectual property

Text, images, artwork, and other content on the site are owned by Polymath Foundation or used with permission. Children’s artwork displayed in the gallery remains subject to the rights of the creators and the consents we have obtained. You may not copy, reproduce, or use site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may link to our pages for non-commercial purposes.

External links

The site may link to third-party websites or services, such as social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. We may change or discontinue the site or any feature at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the site shall be subject to the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
